Last year, in October, I photographed a school friend's wedding in Carrickfergus Castle. It was a lovely intimate vintage style wedding and for an October in Northern Ireland the weather was fantastic.

James & Toria's Wedding

It has been a while since I last posted anything ont his blog... so here is my next post...

Back in September, my not-so-little brother got married to my new sister-in-law Toria in Wales. It was known as the Irish wedding all over the village. Most of our family made it to the wedding (between stormy weather and following directions incorrectly) and we had such a great day.

Fashion Photoshoot Workshop

A couple of weeks ago, I attended a Fashion photoshoot workshop run by Belfast Exposed. It was great working with models and a make-up artist as well as other photographers, some of which were familiar faces.


We managed to cram in quite a lot, each photographer got to do their own set up, and with eight of us, that was quite hectic fitting it all in to the one day.


I found it rather inspiring and it was great experience for working with a team and directing models and make-up artists.

Had a great time during this workshop and it helped me develop a little further. Looking forward to getting stuck into more workshops and meeting more photogs and developing my skills.


At the minute I am editing the photos from this workshop, so another post will follow with a few examples! : )

Tasha's Maternity Photos

My friend Tasha announced to me that she was pregnant on the 1st April 2011, due to it being April's Fools Day, it took me quite sometime to realise that she was joking, it was for real. 

Immediately excited at the prospects of doing some maternity photos for her we arranged a couple of days to do some photos (once she was feeling better).
